A US company that arranges home-based care for people with disabilities needed a new digital solution.

This market is valued above US $300 billion, and services account for more than 80%.

Hence, a focus was placed on efficiency and ease of use to help the client expand its network across multiple locations.

CHALLENGE

The client’s employees – practitioners on the ground – had to document everything in paper and later transfer to centralized electronic records.

The smartphone app for end-users to record the session time and create a billing code. It is used for settling doctors’ charges.
Tablet app
A convenient tablet app for practitioners to record direct interaction with patients.
The app is based on the predefined procedure and allows recording session goals and patient reactions.
Web portal
A custom back office solution that assists practitioners in managing treatment plans for each patient. The data is synced between the apps and the portal, which gives doctors a full picture when analyzing and adjusting treatment plans.
