- 2–3 years of experience in managing IT projects (web, mobile, or software development). - Basic understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and technical aspects of development. - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies. - Experience working with clients — primarily international (B2B communication in English). - Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). - Knowledge and skills in effectively using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) to enhance work efficiency. - Conducting regular meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives, demos), preparing reports and documentation.
