IT Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Writing unique, non-template offer letters to potential customers;
- Presentation of the company’s services and tech stack;
- Business negotiations with clients to discuss project specifics, scope, timelines, and budget (calls, emails);
- KPI and sales plan execution;
- Participation in reaching agreements between the client and the company;
- Working with objections, agreement of terms, and closing deals;
- Participating in the analysis of results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience selling IT services;
- English at C1 level (both spoken and written) is required;
- Active search and attraction of new clients (including cold outreach);
- Skill in Networking;
- Communication, preparation of presentations, negotiations;
- Knowledge of professional office tools;
- Perseverance, computer power user skills and attention to details;
- The ability to make consultative sales. This is the main format of work;
- Understanding of SDLC;
- Have an understanding of web development technologies;
- Be ready to study a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts needed for daily work;
- Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist.
