Solution Architecture

MODULE INVENTORY (4 COMPONENTS)
MODULE 3.1
● MARKETPLACE STRUCTURE

The marketplace interface organizes a wide range of listings into clear categories and views, allowing users to quickly understand what is available and how different offerings relate to each other. The structure prioritizes scannability and consistency across listing types.

Webpage interface for company sale listings showing search options and detailed listing for a well-organized food production company in Reykjavík with key stats and pricing.
MODULE 3.2
● LISTING DISCOVERY & EXPLORATION

Discovery screens focus on enabling efficient exploration through search, filtering, and listing previews. The layout balances information density with clarity, helping users narrow down options and identify relevant opportunities without cognitive overload.

Search interface showing 48 filtered business results in technology category based in Reykjavík, listing an Innovative SaaS Platform, Premium Domain Portfolio, and Registered Company with prices in ISK.
MODULE 3.3
● LISTING DETAIL PRESENTATION

Listing detail views are designed to support informed decision-making by clearly prioritizing key attributes and presenting supporting information in a structured hierarchy. This approach allows users to evaluate opportunities confidently and compare them against alternatives.

Business listing for a well-organised food production company for sale in Reykjavik, Iceland, priced at 320 million kr. It has 2-4 employees, established on August 24, 2021, with annual turnover over 100 million kr. Key details include a fully equipped kitchen, verified permits, and strong local demand. Seller: Tryggvi Jakobsson, an M&A specialist since 2021.
MODULE 3.4
● BUYER–SELLER COMMUNICATION & OFFERS

Key information such as offered price, listing details, participant roles, and next actions are presented alongside the conversation, reducing friction during negotiation and helping users make informed decisions in a high-value transaction context.

Mailbox interface showing a message from buyer John Doe offering 295 million kr for a well-organised food production company priced at 320 million kr, with company details and pricing information on the right.
04
STEP 04 — UI SYSTEM & VISUAL LANGUAGE

Design System

MODULE INVENTORY (5 COMPONENTS)

The interface relies on a modular UI system built around reusable components, consistent spacing, and a clear typographic hierarchy. This approach ensures visual consistency across screens while allowing the marketplace to scale as new listing types and features are introduced.

The visual language is intentionally neutral and restrained, reinforcing trust and clarity in a transactional environment.

Three status badges labeled Featured, Most Viewed, and Top Seller, alongside two action buttons labeled Send Inquiry and View Details.
Listing card showing a business for sale: established food production company with over $100M annual revenue and 2-4 employees, marked Featured and Top Seller.
Typography scale showing Heading in 24px Semibold, Body Text in 16px Regular, Secondary in 14px Regular, Caption in 12px Medium; color palette with Primary Action purple #9333EA, Secondary black #000000, and Trust/Success teal #0D9488.
