MODULE 3.1
● FOUNDATIONAL DISCOVERY

Operational workflows were analyzed and mapped to ensure the digital solution aligned with real-world healthcare processes.

User journeys, wireframes, and MVP designs were created to support clarity, usability, and fast adoption.
