STEP 01 — Project overview

Assembly Requirements

MODULE INVENTORY (5 COMPONENTS)

Coremoting was envisioned as a telework platform uniting remote employees through structured in-person collaboration.

The platform enables companies to generate and match home workspace offers and requests using advanced scoring algorithms, based on user-defined criteria such as distance, gender, age, or department.

Rather than building a simple scheduling tool, the objective was to sculpt a system that seamlessly bridges the needs of individual employees and enterprise organizations — through tiered access, role-based permissions, and intelligent coordination logic.

Unibrix delivered a scalable SaaS infrastructure designed to streamline hybrid work processes, foster productivity, and strengthen human connection in distributed teams.

STEP 02 — CHALLENGES IDENTIFIED

Assembly Requirements

MODULE INVENTORY (5 COMPONENTS)
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
A
#checked
Engagement
Remote employees benefit from flexibility, but prolonged isolation reduces collaboration and human connection. The system needed to encourage real-world interaction without disrupting autonomy.
B
#checked
Structure
The platform had to serve multiple stakeholders simultaneously — employees, HR managers, and company administrators — each requiring distinct permissions and interfaces.
C
#checked
Scalability
The system needed to support large enterprises with extensive remote teams while maintaining performance, oversight, and integration with existing ERP ecosystems.

Solution Architecture

MODULE INVENTORY (3 COMPONENTS)
MODULE 3.1
● DELIVERED
CORE ALGORITHM

A scoring-based algorithm was implemented to match hosts and guests according to defined parameters such as proximity, demographics, and departmental alignment.

The matching engine enables users to offer or request sessions, while automatically generating optimized collaboration pairings.

Three connected boxes labeled Scoring with proximity matching and criteria-based, Pairing with auto-matching and smart offers, and Criteria with customizable and multi-factor features.
MODULE 3.2
● DELIVERED
TIERED ACCESS

Three distinct system layers were designed:

System for Users — Workspace creation, session offers and requests, calendar management
System for Managers — Oversight dashboards, KPI visibility, role control
System for Admins — Permission configuration, criteria management, system-wide governance

This tiered-access structure ensures clarity, security, and enterprise control.

MODULE 3.3
● DELIVERED
INTEGRATION READY

A calendar-based scheduling system enables seamless coordination of collaboration sessions.

The platform architecture supports integration with ERP systems, making it suitable for enterprise customers managing large remote workforces.

Three colored boxes showing features: Scheduling with calendar sync and session tracking, Integration with ERP-ready and API support, and Enterprise with scalable and multi-tenant.
