STEP 01 — Project overview

Assembly Requirements

MODULE INVENTORY (5 COMPONENTS)

A large enterprise producing TV shows and movies for the global market was managing dozens of projects simultaneously. Over time, contractor procurement in the dubbing segment became overly bureaucratic and inefficient, making auctions difficult to manage and scale.

The Unibrix team designed and delivered an internal bidding platform that became the backbone software for the entire department responsible for working with service providers.

Rather than solving a single problem, the platform evolved into a long-term system supporting automation, cost control, transparency, and scalability.

STEP 02 — CHALLENGES IDENTIFIED

Assembly Requirements

MODULE INVENTORY (5 COMPONENTS)
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
A
#checked
Engagement. The platform had to balance simplicity with a rich feature set while handling both messaging and financial data.
B
#checked
Structure. Procurement processes were fragmented and manual, requiring a unified source of truth for auctions, deals, and contractors.
C
#checked
Scalability. The system needed to support dozens of concurrent projects, increasing financial volumes, and long-term data accumulation.

Solution Architecture

MODULE INVENTORY (4 COMPONENTS)
MODULE 3.1
● FOUNDATIONAL DISCOVERY

Unibrix began with discovery and consulting, analyzing existing workflows and advising how software could solve operational and procurement challenges.

Consulting and business analysis workflow showing discovery phase with workflow analysis of manual bids, time delays, and broadcast gear; operational challenges including procurement process issues and bidding inefficiencies; strategic recommendations with software solution approach featuring unified portal, automation, and transparency.
MODULE 3.2
● BIDDING SYSTEM

A custom back-office web portal was designed and delivered to automate the work of the entire department, streamline auctions, and provide clarity across all bidding processes.

Internal web portal dashboard showing service requests with search filters and project management details for active audio and broadcast equipment projects, plus automation workflow options.
MODULE 3.3
● DATA & INTELLIGENCE

Accumulated platform data enabled advanced analytics and informed business decisions. A fully automated, AI-based solution is currently in development based on this foundation.

Diagram showing Business Analytics & Automation structure with three sections: Platform Data Storage for centralized data including auctions, contractors, financials, and projects; Business Intelligence featuring Advanced Analytics and Decision Support both marked active; and AI-Powered Automation labeled in development with Smart Matching, Price Optimization, and Workflow AI.
